Abstract: 

One of the most frequent rules in various areas of demonstrative jurisprudence of Two Major Sects of Islam religion is a rule that is known among Shīʿa as “tolerance in the evidence of traditions” (Arabic: التسامح فی أدلّة السنن) and in Sunnī as “latitudinarianism in documents” (Arabic: التساهل فی أسانید). Believers in the general application of this rule have based it for reasons such as consensus (Arabic: إجماع), tradition famous through practice (Arabic: الشهرة العملیّة), and rational judgement (intellectual judgement) and a group of aḥādīth (Arabic: أحادیث, plural form for ḥadīth, literally “talk” or “discourse”) called “Akhbar-e- Man Balagh” (Arabic: أخبار من بلغ). The understanding of the aforementioned narrations and the extent of application of this rule has caused a conflict of opinions among scholars. The narrations containing the excellences of suras of the Holy Book of Quran is one of the fields of application of the rule of tolerance. The present research has explained the types of exposure to this group of narrations based on the rule of tolerance by using descriptive-exploratory method and using library sources and seeks to find a suitable approach about narrations of the excellences of suras (chapters) of the Holy Book of Quran. The interaction with these narrations is organized based on a special reading of the rule of tolerance in the selected approach, which is based on a rational interpretation of the contents of Man-Balagh (Arabic: من بلغ)’s narrations and is compatible with the indications of some verses and traditions. The use of weak narrations containing the excellences of suras (chapters) will be permissible based on this approach considering three conditions and without any certainty of attributing these narrations to Sharʿ (Islamic rules).

Abstract: 

One of the rules that usually be argued in the Islamic theology is the rule of lotf (favor). This rule is a kind of behavior and action that gets the obedient close to obedience and simultaneously takes him far from the disobedience despite of emergency and obligation. The rule of lotf is defined as the eligibility and its necessity and importance for Allah. The importance of this rule is so valuable that after the rule of rational goodness and enormity it is known as the most important kalami rule of Adliyyah.One of the complicated problems in this subject is the criterion of distinguishing confirmation and its conformity with the rule of Lotf. This subject caused disagreements among scholars. Molla Ahmad Naraghi is one of the most almighty scholars and theologians in Shi’a. He claimed it is impossible that we can distinguish certainly of this rule because of the loss of humane power. Whereas Jafar Sobhani the contemporary scholar and contemporary theologians declares that it is feasible to distinguish because of authority of humane certainty. In this paper, after an exact studying on the rule of Lotf, we study the introductions of argument and conclusions of these two theologians’viewpoints.

Abstract: 

مقدمه: تجویز داروهای یوتروتونیک در طی عمل سزارین بسیار متغیر است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی و مقایسه دوز اکسی توسین تجویزی بر اساس الگوریتم با پروتوکل ویلیامز و همچنین عوارض جانبی در هر گروه از زنان کم خطر از جهت آتونی رحمی بعد از زایمان میباشد. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه به صورت آینده نگر و سه سوکور در 110بیمار که طبق تقسیم بندی انجمن متخصصین بیهوشی آمریکا (ASA) در دو گروه I, II تقسیم شده و تحت عمل جراحی سزارین قرار گرفتند، انجام شد. بر اساس روش دریافت اکسی توسین، بیماران به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند: گروه یک اکسی توسین را به روشRule of Threesدریافت کردند و گروه دو بر اساس پروتوکل ویلیامز این دارو را دریافت نمودند. مصرف اکسی توسین و پارامترهای همودینامیک در هر دو گروه ثبت و مقایسه شد. یافته ها: میانگین دوز مصرفی اکسی توسین در گروه اول 94/0± 32/3 (IU)بود در حالیکه میانگین دوز اکسی توسین مصرفی در گروه دوم 0/0± 6(IU) بود که با روش آماری تی تست مستقل، اختلاف معنی داری را بین دو گروه از نظر دوز مصرفی اکسی توسین نشان داد (P<0. 001). میانگین دوز مصرفی مترژن در گروه اول003/0 ± 02/0(mg) بود. در حالیکه میانگین دوز مترژن مصرفی در گروه دوم02/0 ± 2/0(mg) بود که با روش آماری تی تست مستقل اختلاف معنی داری را از نظر مصرف مترژن نشان داد (P<0. 001). از تعداد 55 بیمار در گروه یک به ترتیب در زمان های 3، 6، 9، 12 و 15 دقیقه تعداد 6، 1، 1، 0 و 0 بیمار تونیسیسته مناسب نداشتند در حالیکه در گروه دوم از همین تعداد بیمار در زمان های 3، 6 و 9 دقیقه هیچکدام از 55 بیمار تونیسیته مناسب نداشتند و در زمان های 12 و 15 دقیقه تعداد بیماران بدون تونیسیته مناسب رحمی 2 بیمار بود. هیچگونه اختلاف معنی داری در همودینامیک مادری، اثرات جانبی و خون از دست رفته بین دو گروه دیده نشد. نتیجه گیری: در هر دو روش هیچ گونه تغییرات غیر طبیعی در همودینامیک و نیز عوارض دیگر که مرتبط با دوز بالای اکسی توسین است، مشاهده نشد. این نتیجه نشانگر این نکته اساسی و مهم است که در این دو روش انجام شده دوز کلی اکسی توسین به میزانی که عوارض سوء ایجاد کند، نمی رسد. مزیتهای روش Rule of Threes این است که اثربخشی بالاتری داشته و در زمان کوتاهتری به تونسیته رحمی مناسب میتوان رسید و به خط دوم درمانی، نیاز نشد. در دوره پیگیری یک روزه عوارضی همچون آتونی و خونریزی غیر طبیعی نیز مشاهده نشد.

Abstract: 

One fundamental principle in theology, kalam, is called as that of lutf; adliyah has relied on the principle much. The principle as a branch of the problem of husn and qubh has been used by theologians. Nahj ul-Balaghah as a religious text has attracted attention of Shiite and Mu’tazelite scholars. Ibn Abe’l-Hadid is among those Mu’tazelite scholars that commented this book. Though he is well-known as a historian and a literary scholar, his theological works denotes his knowledge and profession in theology. He has used the principle in different places of his work. As is clarified in the paper, Ibn Abe’l-Hadid, defining the principle and its realm of usage and its essentiality, has applied it to prove his view in 28 cases.

Abstract: 

A double ambiguity has been charged against Rawls’s difference principle (DP). Is it Maximin, Leximin, or something else? Usually, following A. Sen, scholars identify DP with the so-called Leximin. One argues here that one has to distinguish 1° the Leximin, 2° the Maximin (as rule of justice formally analogous to the maximin rule of decision), represented by the figure in L of the perfectly substitutable goods, and 3° the genuine DP. When the augmentation of inequality benefits the worse off, only Pareto-strong improvements are permitted. Leximin would also permit Pareto-weak improvements too (after the first maximum D), where only the richest improves: from (2, 3) to (2, 5), say. This is forbidden by DP. With two classes, unlike Maximin, DP has no curve of indifference and is always decisive, as Leximin is. For undecisive Rules of Justice, which admit indifferent curves, I propose to add a lexically secondary rule, to break ties. That move is able to clarify the links and the differences between on the one hand Maximin alone, with its typical indifference curves in L, and on the other hand, the DP properly understood and the Leximin, which both have no indifferent curves. With two classes of persons (best off/worse off), DP appears more egalitarian than Leximin, because it's secondary rule is MinIn (Minimization of Inequality). But the intuition behind the distinction is that it cannot possible “fair” that only the best off improves in a productive social cooperation.

Abstract: 

In some point of view, neither Michel Foucault nor Ibn Khaldun are considered philosophers in the conventional classifications, but both are very  important in intellectual and, of course, in philosophical contexts, especially for those who are interested in the deep study of human life from the perspective of political thought.The main concern of two thinkers, one in the 14th century, the other in the 20th century, is the issue  of power, although neither of them provided a precise definition of it. In this article, an attempt has been made to show the place of power and domination in the political thought of both thinkers by examining the thoughts of two thinkers. And in search of an answer to this question, how did Asabiyyah and industry of religion in Ibn Khaldun's thought and social control through self-technology and discipline in Foucault's thought lead to the expansion of the domination of power? This article is written by analytically comparing the opinions of two thinkers based on Ibn Khaldun's most important book called Muqaddimah and Foucault's late works

Abstract: 

How to profoundly change the beliefs of the polytheists during the age of revelation from the denial of the Prophet (pbuh) to the certainty of his Message and the acceptance of his full guardianship is a question worthy of attention. The order of verses about prophecy based on the order of revelation is the reason to lead a transformative process and a special Quranic method in institutionalizing the belief of prophecy in the lives of Arabs. In the first stage, the Holy Quran in the first Makkī (Arabic: المکّیّ, suras revealed in Mecca) chapters has prepared the community from the motivational side to accept the truth of the Prophet’s (pbuh) prophecy and briefly stating the key issues surrounding it. The Holy Book of Quran at the time of the emergence of oppositions and doubts (the second stage) destroyed the arguments of the polytheists and explained the prophecy and proved its authenticity from a cognitive perspective in the second stage by presenting clear arguments. and the Holy Book of Quran in the third stage after Madanī (Arabic: المدنیّ, suras revealed in Medina) period has undertaken measures in order to fulfill the goals of the Massage by explaining the true position of the Prophet (pbuh) to deepen and operationalize the Prophetic belief through explaining practical duties for the Prophet (pbuh) and behavior based on the acceptance of Walaya (Arabic: ولایة, meaning “guardianship” or “governance”).

Abstract: 

The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the employment competencies of educational graduates from the perspective of view of employers. This research was applied in terms of purpose and was among the qualitative researches of Grounded Theory type. The participants of this research included 24 employers in the field of educational (interviewers for the Education recruitment exam, directors of non-state educational institutes, directors and recruitment officers of non-state schools, directors of kindergartens and preschools) in Birjand city. Data were collected using semi-structured interview and analyzed by Strauss and Corbin method and using MAXQDA-2020 software. In order to validate the research, two methods of member control and peer review or feedback were used. Consecutive review and comparison of data resulted in the extraction of 28 categories and 6 themes. Data analysis led to the formation of a sub-theory. The model shows that the focal variable is the process of education and teaching skills. The focal variable, under the influence of contextual and intermediate conditions, leads to the formation of the strategies of "being a lifelong learner", "research skills", "planning skills", "classroom skills and classroom management", "purposefulness" and "problem solving skills". became Finally, "increasing employability" was the consequence of this process.

Abstract: 

Considering the fact that the words in the intra-religious attitude are considered in two ways, the first is towards jurisprudential words and the second is a rational and conceptual view focusing on their meanings. we have tried to deal with one of the most important issues of intra-religious attitude with a rational approach by descriptive and analytical method, which is the category of "hermeneutic interpretation" of words, especially the most influential idea of interpretation & that is the view of the "spirit of meaning" of Ghazali. After Ghazali, Ibn Arabi used this theory of Ghazali regarding the development of meaning in creating his new idea, and by re-reading Ghazali's idea with a mystical approach, he presented his own theory regarding the expansion of meaning. While accepting the argument of the focal point of the theory of the spirit of meaning, he removes it from the exclusivity to the "linear", and for this purpose, he brought up arguments as well as the Conditions of Hermeneutic Interpretation in this regard. Ibn Arabi's arguments on transversal interpretation include new formulations in the argument, which after him, this theory was favored and accepted by Mulla Sadra, and then it was accepted by his students.

Abstract: 

It is not applicable to understand the wisdom in Islamic art without attention to Quran and prophetic instructions. These two Islamic art origins have been well appeared in the feature and content of Islamic architecture specifically in mosques. Sheikh Lotf Allah mosque has been widely researched as one of the apparent symbols of this issue, However, there are always a lot of mysteries and secrets undiscovered in it.In Sheikh Lotf Allah Mosque, there is an organized precise order, geometry and mathematics are regarded as integral components in the structure of the mosque. Thus, objective of this research is to look for new dimension in this Islamic art enterprise relying on wisdom numbers. In this process, the study on the numbers applied in both structure and decoration of Sheikh Lotf Allah mosque, their relationship with Quran concepts, and the prophetic instructions on basis of the Abjad letters calculations have all been considered. The result of this research carried out by descriptive- analytic method shows that number 9 may be regarded as golden number in Sheikh Lotf Allah mosque. This number has been repeated in the structure and decoration of the mosque. In addition, if some of the concepts relating to the structure and decoration of the mosque could be calculated on basis of the Abjad letters, Sejdeh surah or the holy name of Hazrat- e- Fatemeh, number 9 or one of the its multiples might be made.
